This Billing Policy is incorporated into the Deluxe Realty Marketing Corp (“Deluxe Realty Marketing”, or ”we”) Terms of Service and sets forth the billing terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of Deluxe Realty Marketing’s services (the “Services”). In the event that the Terms of Service and this Billing Policy conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
A service agreement must be chosen, signed, dated, and all corresponding payments as set forth in the Subscription Agreement, will be due and owing before any services are rendered. Once completed, the onboarding process will begin. You agree to complete the required information and cooperate with Deluxe Realty Marketing to ensure proper setup of your campaign. The onboarding process will last no longer than 2 weeks until your campaign is launched. You will not be able to cancel services until the launch date of your campaign.
- All payments must be made with a valid credit or debit card. Acceptable Payment Instruments are credit or debit cards issued by American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. E-transfer and paypal as a payment instrument are only accepted under strict permission from a senior manager at Deluxe Realty Marketing. You are required to ensure your payment method is up to date and current. You can update your payment method by contacting [email protected]. By proving your payment method, you certify that you are an authorized user of the card.
- For card payments, we use the third-party payment processors to effect charges onto your debit or credit card. You consent to the collection and use of your information (including, if applicable, personal information) by such payment processing service as necessary to process your payments. We reserve the right to change, or to stop accepting, any permitted payment method at any time in our sole discretion
- YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED TO PAY ANY FEE PAYABLE.
- You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your payments and will indemnify and hold harmless Deluxe Realty Marketing from any and all taxes, including sales tax, based on any payments made by you via the Website. Deluxe Realty Marketing does not make any representation or render any advice as to the potential tax implications of any payments made via the website, and you should consult your tax professional with regards to the same.
You authorize Deluxe Realty Marketing to charge your payment method on file upfront as per the fees listed in your Subscription agreement. Your payment method will be charged before starting services and on the date of your billing cycle until the end of your Subscription plan term. Billing cycles begin on the initial day your campaign was launched.
Failure to pay off the full balance of an owing invoice will result in a $45 late fee. Failing to pay your balance within 14 days of your billing cycle will result in suspension of services until the payment is made. Deluxe Realty Marketing will continue to charge your payment method on file for an additional 60 days. If the payment is still not made after 60 days, the account will be cancelled and may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service.
Unless otherwise stated, all marketing campaigns will require you to pay a monthly amount (the “Ad Budget”). You agree to pay the full Ad budget amount to the required third party provider for online advertising on your behalf. The ad budget will be determined in accordance with the services provided as per your Subscription agreement. You agree to provide a payment method that will be automatically charged for the ad budget. You may not cancel or pause your ad budget during the Subscription term. Pausing your ad budget pre-maturely will result in suspension of services until resolved.
You may cancel your account at any time however, that (i), no refund will be made on monthly or prepaid Subscription term plans. If you cancel your account early, you will still be required to pay 80% of your remaining balance as per your subscription agreement. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service. At the end of your prepaid or monthly subscription plan, your account will automatically renew to a month-to-month subscription plan at the set price of the initial agreement unless you a) sign a new subscription agreement, or b) send written notice of cancellation to [email protected] and receive a confirmation for your cancellation request.
You must contact us to dispute any charges by emailing support@deluxerealtymarketing within 30 days of the initial charge. You agree to not dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank 30 days after reporting the dispute to Deluxe Realty Marketing, to allow Deluxe Realty Marketing the opportunity to resolve the dispute. If Deluxe Realty Marketing receives a chargeback from a credit card company or bank on your behalf, your account will be suspended and Deluxe Realty Marketing will collect all payments related to the dispute charge and all outstanding balances.
